Yes. Tianlu is designed for businesses of all sizes — from small neighbourhood clubs with 4–6 tables to large commercial venues with 50+ tables and multiple branches. The platform scales with your business.

Yes. Tianlu supports any type of cue sports table — snooker, pool, billiard, and carambole. You can configure different pricing, naming, and session rules for each table type within the same venue.

Yes. Multi-location management is fully supported. You can monitor all branches in real time, compare performance, and manage staff accounts from a single centralized dashboard.

Tianlu is cloud-based with offline capabilities. This means your operations continue without interruption even if your internet connection drops temporarily, and data syncs automatically when reconnected.

It Does

Yes. Membership registration, digital member cards, loyalty points, prepaid top-up balances, and tiered membership plans are all included. Members earn points automatically on every qualifying visit and transaction.

Yes. The POS system includes complete F&B management — menu setup with categories, kitchen order printing, modifier support, and inventory tracking. F&B charges are merged automatically into the table bill.

Yes. Real-time reports are available at all times, including daily revenue summaries, staff performance reports, table utilization breakdowns, and monthly financial analytics. No manual compilation required.

Yes. Tianlu supports cash, card, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and member prepaid balance — all from the same POS checkout screen. Payment methods can be enabled or disabled per branch.

Yes. Each table can have its own pricing configuration — per hour, per frame, or flat rate. You can also set time-based pricing rules for peak and off-peak hours, weekdays versus weekends.

Setup & Support

Getting
Started

Most venues are fully operational within the same day. Our onboarding team will walk you through table setup, staff accounts, pricing configuration, and your first live session. Remote and on-site setup support is available.

Tianlu runs on any Windows PC, Android tablet, or touchscreen terminal. For receipts, any supported thermal printer works. We can recommend hardware bundles suited to your budget and table count.

Yes. All onboarding includes staff training. The POS interface is designed to be learned in under 30 minutes. We also provide video guides, a help centre, and live support for your team.

Tianlu offers 7-day support via WhatsApp, email, and live chat. Our support team is based in Malaysia and responds in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Critical issues are escalated and resolved same day.

Yes. We offer a live guided demo session where we walk through the entire system with your specific venue details. Contact us to schedule a session — there's no commitment required and no credit card needed.
